Bill works with individuals, cross-functional and intact teams, managers, and senior/executive leaders in creating and facilitating experiences that help them to actualize their potential and achieve their desired results.
As an external and internal consultant, facilitator, coach, educator and project manager, Bill’s work spans a variety of industries supporting organizations including: Alcoa, American Greetings, Balancing Life's Issues, Boulevard Presbyterian Church, Chardon Hills Magnet School, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Council of Independent Schools, Cleveland State University, Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio, Edison Electric Institute, Hathaway Brown School, National Fuse Products, Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare, St. Vincent Charity Hospital, United Behavioral Health, United Church of Christ, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Veterans Administration, West Side Ecumenical Ministry.
In his role as Organizational Effectiveness Consultant he served as a team lead for the design team and facilitation team for a system-wide (40,000+) cultural change initiative, designed and delivered numerous courses for the Center for Leadership and Learning and started up and developed diversity councils throughout the system.
Bill holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University and a B.S. in Environmental Policy, Institutions and Behavior from Rutgers University where he was given the “Excellence in Leadership Award”. He is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), a Certified Serving Leader Strategic Advisor, a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), a Certified Change Acceleration Process (CAP) Coach and a Certified GE Work-Out™ Facilitator.
Bill is the former Secretary of the Federation of Christian Ministries, President of the Board of Trustees of Hope House of Prayer, a former Governance Committee Chair of the Board of Trustees of Hitchcock Center for Women and a former member of the Board of Trustees of FutureChurch. Bill is also active in a variety of activities/organizations that promote interfaith spirituality.
